Private virksomheder kan derfor g\u00f8re brug af arbejdsfordelingsordningen i op til 12 m\u00e5neder i 2021 \u2013 uanset om de ogs\u00e5 har benyttet ordningen i 2020.<\/p><p>Forl\u00e6ngelsen vil ikke \u00e6ndre v\u00e6sentligt p\u00e5 den eksisterende ordning. Dog indeholder den nye aftale en r\u00e6kke tiltag og pr\u00e6ciseringer i forhold til den oprindelige trepartsaftale af 31. august 2020.<\/p><p>Et af disse tiltag er en udvidet fleksibilitet, idet arbejdsmarkedets parter nu kan aftale, at virksomhederne p\u00e5 deres overenskomstomr\u00e5de kan neds\u00e6tte arbejdstiden med op til 80 procent i stedet for de nuv\u00e6rende 50 procent. En s\u00e5dan aftale vil alene g\u00e6lde for de relevante faggrupper, som er ansat under den p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende overenskomst.\u00a0<\/p><p>For funktion\u00e6rer skal ledighed i forbindelse med arbejdsfordeling placeres i hele dage, medmindre andet aftales i virksomheden\/afdelingen. En s\u00e5dan aftale skal f\u00f8lge en helt bestemt procedure, som beskrives i den nye aftale.<\/p><p>Den nye aftale pr\u00e6ciserer desuden, at det under visse betingelser er muligt at indkalde afl\u00f8sere til pludseligt opst\u00e5et merarbejde. Derudover indeholder aftalen ogs\u00e5 nye tiltag, der skal g\u00f8re det nemmere for A-kasserne at administrere ordningen.\u00a0<\/p><p>Det er fortsat en betingelse for at benytte arbejdsfordelingsordningen, at medarbejderen accepterer at blive omfattet af arbejdsfordelingen.
