The secretariat
The secretariat’s task is to represent the interests of the members and support the board to ensure that the Danish Association of Marine Engineers continues to contribute to full employment among its members.
Our legal team provides guidance on everything from employment contracts and restrictive covenants to dismissals, salary and vacation conditions, as well as procedures related to illness, parental leave, and workplace injuries.
The communications department handles, among other things, education and career counseling, our printed and digital communications, as well as a portion of the association’s external activities and professional networks.
The course and conference department manages the Ajour business conference as well as our paid training courses.
The administration handles incoming inquiries, switchboard operations, and the membership and finance systems.
